Cancellation Policy

Please Read! Your appointment are very special to me. Appointments are reserved specifically for you. I understand that things happen out of your control sometimes, this is why I have this cancellation policy for a 48 hour notice. This policy is strictly forced. I am charging a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This is to allow a chance for other clients to book and take the spot and to ensure my time is accounted for. After 2 appointment cancellations occurring within 48 hours, you will be at risk of getting banned from booking. LATE POLICY: I have a 15 minute grace period. Anything more than that will result in a $1 a minute being charged at end of service and/or a cancelled service (if more than 20 min) and results in a 25% cancellation fee of the service for which you were scheduled for, or a $25 charge fee at the end of the service.
